We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business matters discussed during our engagement. Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the business relationship.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise specified
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WellYeahMentor Consulting shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the preceding 12 months.
